Description:
The service consists of: 1. Supply of consumables (except paper) to the CUSTOMER's departments, based on the PaperCut-MF print management and accounting software owned and operated by the CUSTOMER, about consumables running out, with payment for actually printed sfabrics; 2. Technical maintenance (non-warranty repair) of office equipment (printers and multifunction devices) owned and operated by the CUSTOMER in accordance with the standards specified by the manufacturer, management and resolution of incidents/replacement orders/problems; 3. Periodic analysis of printing accounting datadesign and application of cost reduction policies in document production processes by means of software PaperCut-MF owned and used by the CUSTOMER; 4. Maintenance, software version updates and administration of PaperCut-MF printing accounting and management softwaremanagement, system related incidents/change orders/problem management. II.2.5
