• Description:
• The object of the purchase is the preparation of a study of final treatment alternatives for the bituminous B and C class radioactive waste of the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), which is stored in the bituminous waste storage facility of the NPP. The purpose of the purchase is to conduct a detailed study in which evaluations and comparisons would be made two final disposal alternatives: conversion of the existing storage of bituminous radioactive waste into a landfill (in situ) and removal, treatment and placement of this waste in another landfill. The study must provide a description of the current situation, national and international (IAEA) requirements analysis, overview of technological solutions and global practice, evaluation of alternatives according to multiple criteria (safety, technical, economic, social, environmental) and presented conclusions and recommendations regarding the optimal alternative. The result of the services is agreed with the Customer The study report of alternatives for the final disposal of bituminous radioactive waste at the NPP in English, submitted in MS Word and PDF formats, confirmed by the electronic signature of the supplier's manager or an authorized person. Duration of service provision - 300 calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract. The purchase is in progress in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania and the requirements established in the procurement documents.
