The essence of services is to provide a physiotherapist For children under the age of 18 with special needs in the Trakai District Municipality, according to the individual needs of each child and the prepared educational services plan provided by a coordinated. Services must be provided with the project "School and beyond the coordinated educational assistance, social and the implementation of a model of health care services in Trakai District Municipality "for the target group. In this way the services must contribute to the development and strengthening of the educational services provided in Trakai district and children's physical and mental growth and development. Education services will be provided by partners: 1.1.1. Trakai District Municipality Administration; 1.1.2. Trakai District Municipality Pedagogical and Psychological Service, 1.1.3. Public Institution Trakai Purchase Health Care Center, 1.1.4.Trakai Care and Social Services Center, 1.1.5. Public Institution Trakai Education the center.
