Description:
1. The supplier must follow the reclamation technical regulation MTR 1.10.03: 2014 “Technical Supervision and Use of Polder. Basic Requirements ”approved by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania August 4 Order no. 3D-452 and other related legislation, as well as their latest amendments and supplements. All newly adopted legislation shall be binding on the supplier during the performance of the contract, provided that they are related to the implementation of the contract.2. In the event of an emergency malfunction or accident in pumping stations, as well as an emergency (fire, explosion, flood -broken embankment, etc.), a supplier of service, after receiving a message from the customer, special services and/or residents, must arrive at the pumping station at the latest than within 1.0 hours II.2.5
