Description:
The purpose of the competition: to select the best urban, architectural and functional aspects and other requirements (listed in these conditions of the competition, in the task "Construction project tender for the Infocentro "Gateway to Aukštaitija National Park"), which corresponds to the project's architectural idea and services to continue the purchase through unannounced negotiations, inviting the winner of the project tender to the negotiations. The 1st place winner of this competition will conclude a purchase contract with the purchasing organization for the implementation of the project idea proposed by him. To the authors of the project proposals that won the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places of this competition monetary bonuses will be awarded: 5,000 EUR for 1st place, 3,000 EUR for II, 2,000 EUR for III. If the awarded bonuses are taxable, all taxes are paid by the participant who received the bonus. Obtaining project proposals, technical work project, construction permit document and structural project the price of enforcement services must not exceed EUR 56,000.00 including VAT, if the supplier is a VAT payer, or EUR 46,280.99 without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer.
