The Contracting Authority intends to purchase the open -air cinema travel through Lithuania. Purchase is carried out in the implementation of one of the publicity campaign "To promote home farms, to reuse the trading and service sectors and not to waste food", tactical action and toolsThe plan (hereinafter referred to as the strategy) provides for the strategies that although media and social media channels attract a giant audience, the campaigns require a complex use of direct communication. Events in public spaces, installations, exhibitions, festivals,Watching performances or films, while quantitatively, will not provide such high coverage, but their impact on target groups will undoubtedly be greater, as is the possibility of real behavioral changes.
