The contracting authority intends to acquire the former school building,Draugystės g. 10, in Visaginas and the Conversion of the surrounding area, adapting it to the construction of a multifunctional arena, feasibility studies and investment project preparation services (hereinafter referred to as "services"). Requirements for the services purchased for the former school building, Draugystės str. 10, Visaginas andConversion of the surrounding area, adapting it to the construction of a multifunctional arena, the technical specifications of the feasibility studies and the preparation of the investment project in Annex 2 to the Special Purchase Terms. Duration of Services: Study Preparation term - 180 days after the purchase and sale of servicesthe date of entry into force of the contract; IP Preparation term: within 90 days of the preparation and submission of the studio to the buyer.
