The purchase object is divided into two purchase parts: I part MICROBIOLOGICAL AND HISTOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS; Part II. OTHER RESEARCH. Parts of the procurement of services, preliminary quantities, more detailed information and requirements are presented in the appendix "Technical specification". The procuring organization does not undertake to purchase all or part of the preliminary quantity of services - will be purchased as needed (VAT is not applicable to the object of purchase, in accordance with Article 20 of the Value Added Tax Law of the Republic of Lithuania). During the performance of the contract, purchases may be made for a maximum of no more than the amount of the "Contract" appendix 5.2. the amount of the relevant part of the purchase specified in point, which is exceeded proposals from suppliers will be considered unacceptable and rejected. The purchase is divided into parts, so the supplier can submit an offer for one, several or all of the purchases for parts.
