Maintenance services (hereinafter - services) of the document management system "KONTORA" (hereinafter - DVS "KONTORA") must ensure uninterrupted and correct work for all users of the DVS "KONTORA" system. D...
Document management system "KONTORA" (hereinafter - DVS "KONTORA") maintenance services (hereinafter - services) must ensure uninterrupted and correct work for all DVS "KONTORA" system users. DVS "KONTORA" services include the following requirements: counseling of employees of the organization on issues of work with DVS "KONTORA" through the help center system, telephone ("hotline"), electronic by mail, restoring the functionality of DVS "KONTORA" in the event of malfunctions of the database or its individual components and application server. Updates to the DVS "KONTORA" system must be installed at least once a quarter. The supplier must carry out system updates on his own. DVS KONTORA updates must not disrupt existing system functionality. Maintenance services are available during working hours: Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. val.
