- The aim is to purchase the accounting model for the services provided by the Electricity Transmission Network Operator (hereinafter referred to as PTO LRAIC) for the Transmission Network Operator (PTO) operating efficiently in the competitive electricity market, using the most efficient available technical-technological network solutions for determining the costs of providing transmission services in the licensed territory, improvement for the new regulatory period and the long-term average increase costs of services provided by the Electricity Distribution Network Operator (hereinafter - STO LRAIC) accounting model for Distribution improvement of the network operator (STO) operating efficiently in the competitive electricity market, using the most efficient available technical-technological network solutions, to determine the costs of providing distribution services and connection services in the licensed territory, to the new regulatory period.
