• The object of this purchase is the rent of new passenger cars and new passenger monors (hereinafter referred to as "goods or cars") (including services related to their maintenance - car warranty maintenance, car repair, maintenance, public roadworthiness test, etc.). The buyer Throughout the car rental period and one month after the end of the car (s), the term of the car (s) of the selected car (s) for its residual value, specified in the tender, has the right to purchase the selected car (s). The assignment of ownership rights to the buyer to the car (s) of his choice is formalized by the supplier and to the person authorized by the Buyer, when signing an agreement on the acquisition of a car (s) for residual value and the deed of transfer and acceptance of the car (s), which the parties must sign at the latest 5 (five) business days after the acquisition of the car (s) for residual value (contract Appendix no. 3) days of signing.
