During the execution of the contract, goods can be ordered for no more than EUR 119,185.00 with VAT (or EUR 98,500.00 without VAT, if the supplier is not VAT the payer or the goods are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons the final amount payable to the supplier by the Procuring Organization will be without VAT), suppliers' offers for this part of the purchase cannot exceed this amount, offers exceeding it will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected.
