- The requirements for the object of purchase are specified in Appendix 1 of the purchase conditions, Garage building (6G1p), Vytauto pr. 49, Kaunas, project of change of purpose to storage purpose" (hereinafter - technical work project), in Appendix 4 "Public procurement contract draft", in Appendix 2, "Bills of work quantities" and in these Pin the selection conditions. Preliminary scope of the procurement object: 1. Repair of KMT garage building 6G1p by adapting it for storage: Building category - non-special building. Building construction type - simple repair. Building use purpose - non-residential building. Building's current use purpose- buildings used for garages. The purpose of the building is changed to - used for storage. Connection with the value of cultural heritage. The building under repair is located in the central part of the city of Kaunas, Vytautas ave. 49. The territory of the building plot is included in the register of immovable cultural values - the historical part of the city of Kaunas, vad. Naujamiescie (unique code 22149) and falls within the territory of a cultural heritage complex object (Clinic and military hospital building complex, unique object code 44001), but is not registered in the Register of Cultural Values as an object forming a complex. The garage is equipped with typical structuressions, does not have the valuable architectural, historical and memorial properties characteristic of the complex. The solutions provided in the simple repair project do not damage the valuable properties of the NKV. Entrances to the plot, access to the building under repair are existing, not newly designed. Construction type, plot relThe height of the building is not changed, the total area of the building is not changed. 2. Engineering services: performance of cadastral measurements of land plots and buildings, preparation of implementation documentation, cadastral measurement files and other engineering services according to STR 1.05.01:2017 "Construction Permitsduck documents.
