JV Social Services Center Klaipeda Baktutė Customer Catering Services with Delivery. The Supplier, together with the proposal, must submit the exemplary menu as specified in Annex 2 to the Terms and Conditions of the Tender, Article 19 of the Technical Specification. The services consist of tentatively a day of 75 adults with disabilities (i.e. 225 servings consisting of lunch, lunch and dinner). Services The requirements are submitted in Annex 2 to the Terms of the Contest, the Technical Specification. Preliminary amount of services within 36 months - 56,700 meals (170 100 servings). During the performance of the contract, preliminary quantity of services may be reduced or increased according to the requirement of the contracting authority. Maximum Services may be purchased for up to EUR 369,684.00 including VAT (or 305,523.97 excluding VAT, or if the supplier is non -VAT or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons the final amount payable to the supplier will be without VAT). The price of the supplier's offer may not exceed EUR 369 684.00 including VAT (or EUR 305,523.97 excluding VAT if the supplier is non -VAT or the goods and services are tax -free or for other reasons the final amount payable to the supplier will be excluding VAT). The contracting authority determines that one customer one day (lunch, lunch and dinner) The price offered cannot be higher than the order of the Director of Klaipeda City Municipality Administration by order no.
