- The following activities must be carried out during the implementation of additional functions and installation services of the State Plant Production Service under the Ministry of Agriculture (Vatis): detailed analysis of needs and requirements; design and preparation of technical architecture; construction (programming); admission testing; installation; Warranty (technical) care. Services purchased: Additional functionality as the extension or supplementation of the Vatis modules and components already developed; Renewed and supplemented technical documentation; updated user instructions for users; Additional functionalities are given warranty (6 months). All services must be provided no later than 2 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Once the services have been provided, the supplier must submit the final report of the installation services, which includes the evaluation of the progress and results of the Services.
