Description:
Functional development of the license of the Habitoscopic Data Register (hereinafter - HDR) software for personal facial biometric recognition "NeoFace Watch" (hereinafter - PI) must be carried out in accordance with the following requirements:
1. to create HDR Personal face recognition subsystem in a production environment, a new organization that developsi would be granted the right to use IP resources and individual data lists of subjects that would be available to the new organization;
2. to expand the capacity of the database of protected subjects to at least 1,000,000 (one million) digital images intended for use by the new organization;
3. connect to HDR Asmens facial recognition subsystem accounts for an unlimited number of registered users.
