• The object of the purchase is geodetic measurement services for determining the boundaries of land plots and marking them on the spot. The services include the restoration of plot boundaries, the installation of boundary markers, the performance of measurements and the preparation of measurement data in accordance with valid legislation. 1. Plot boundaries determination: Accurate measurement of boundaries, fixing of boundary marks, determination of the coordinates of turning points of boundaries. 2. Construction and communications coordination: Position and heights of existing buildings, engineering networks (water supply, sewerage, etc.) and other objects setting. 3. Compilation of topographic plans: Compilation of detailed plans reflecting terrain, buildings, communications, trees. 3. Preparation of cadastral files: Formalization of all collected information in a legally binding cadastral file form, including Explication of benefits. 4. Supplementing the cadastral database: Submission of information to the database of JV "Registrų centras". It is planned to acquire geodetic measurement services according to the actual need. Preliminary volume - up to 0.5 ha 90 plots of land (or measuring objects), - up to 2 ha 50 plots of land (or measuring objects). The object of purchase is not divided into parts.
