• Description:
• The purchase will be divided into 7 (seven) parts of the purchase object. The contract works will have to be performed according to the technical work projects submitted by the Buyer. The maximum deadline for the completion of construction works (separately for each p.o.d.) is 90 working days. Start of work and the completion dates will be specified in the schedule of construction works prepared by the contractor and coordinated with the Buyer. The works will have to be carried out in accordance with the construction law, technical regulations and other legal acts regulating construction activities (norms, rules), according to the prepared technical work project and technical specification. The price of the offer must include the cost of manpower, machinery, work and materials, taxes, insurance, transportation and all other costs due to the Contractor in accordance with Expenses of laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
