Description:
The object of this purchase is flour and their products (hereinafter referred to as "the goods"). The subject of the purchase is divided into 30 (thirty) parts of the purchase. Proposals can be submitted to one, several or all parts of the purchase. Each part of the purchase will be concluded a separate contract or one common contract for one to the supplier's winning parts of the purchase. The Contracting Authority/LKA does not oblige to buy the maximum amount of goods over the entire term of the contract. The exact quantity of goods purchased will depend on the needs of the Grace/LKA. The contract for the acquisition of the goods is granted separately. Requirements for the subject of the purchase to specify in the Technical Specification of the Purchase Terms and Conditions and in Annex 4 to the Purchase and Sale Agreement (Applicable) and Annex 5 to the Purchase Terms of Purchase "Draft of Purchase and Sale of Goods" (applicable LKA). Purchase Terms of Purchase in Annex 2 Models or sources of supply, specific processes specific to goods or services provided by a particular supplier, or trademarks, patents, types, specific origins or production, are only information and the supplier is not obliged to offer and/or use the production of specific manufacturers, but Standards can be applied equivalent to the specified.
