Description:
Services consist of: LKMP development (programming) services according to technical specifications 6.1. - 6.6. subjects; Additional LKMP development (programming) services for non -intended additional improvements and/or new functionalities in the functional requirements of the technical specificationto create which the contracting authority was unable to predict in advance and whose necessity/need will only become clear during the course of the contract. The preliminary volume of additional services is 1,600 hours. The services will be purchased according to the need for the contracting authority and the pre -alignment according to the supplier's proposedan hourly rate. The Contracting Authority does not oblige to buy a specific or full amount of preliminary hours of service. Communication implemented at the time of service must take place in Lithuanian. The provision of services must be implemented by the development of agile. The supplier hascoordinate with the contracting authority, what iterations and what functionalities will be developed.
