• Elements of small architecture of public spaces. The purchase object is divided into 4 separate parts. More detailed information and requirements of the goods are provided in the Technical Specification (Appendix 2 of the tender conditions description). Recycled benches without backs materials. Backless benches made of recycled materials. The preliminary quantities of goods are indicated in Appendix 1 of the description of tender conditions, they may be reduced or increased during the execution of the contract, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority, the maximum amount of goods will be purchased for no more than EUR 10,000.00 with VAT (or EUR 8,264.46 without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the goods are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, the final amount payable by the Procuring Organization to the supplier will be without VAT). The supplier's bid price for this part of the purchase cannot exceed EUR 10,000.00 with VAT (or EUR 8,264.46 without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the goods are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons the final amount payable to the supplier by the Procuring Organization will be without VAT).
