Description:
During the period of validity of the Agreement, the Supplier will have to sell and deliver to the buyer up to 120,000 l of diesel (EN 590) without excise tax and with a 0 percent VAT rate and up to 80,000 l of diesel (EN 590) with valid excise tax and VAT rates. Buyer does not undertake to buy the entire specified amount of fuel and will buy diesel fuel for ships depending on the actual need, but the price of the total amount of diesel purchased during the period of execution of the Agreement cannot exceed the price of the contract. The supplier, depending on the season of the year, will have to supply summer, transitional season and winter class 1 arctic diesel for the buyer.
