Dental prostheses, their structural parts and technological processing according to individual orders. Together with the offer, the supplier must submit clauses 44.3 and 44.4 of the purchase conditions. specified documents. The preliminary quantities of the Goods are specified in Appendix 2 of the description of the tender conditions, they may be reduced or increased during the performance of the contract, according to the needs of the Procuring Organization - at least the Goods will be purchased for EUR 35,000.00 with VAT (or EUR 28,925.62 without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the Goods are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons the final amount payable by the Procuring Organization to the supplier will be without VAT), maximum - for no more than EUR 121,000.00 with VAT (or EUR 100,000.00 without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the Goods are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, the final amount payable by the Procuring Organization to the supplier will be without VAT). The procuring organization does not undertake to redeem the maximum quantity of Goods or any part thereof.
