Description:
Services of hazardous waste collection, disposal and transportation services (hereinafter referred to as "services"). The purchase is divided into 2 separate parts.
Oil products and other contaminants from soil and water services that spilled in the territory of Klaipeda city
Oil spilled in the territory of Klaipeda city Cleaning of products and other contaminants from soil and water services. Preliminary quantities of services purchased by the Purchase Part I are specified in Annex 1 to the Description of the Terms and Conditions of the Tender, and they may be reduced or increased at the time of the performance of the contracting authority. Maximum services for this purchase Part will be ordered for up to EUR 90,000.00 with VAT (or EUR 74,380.17 excluding VAT, provided that the supplier is non -VAT or the service is exempt from VAT, or for other reasons, the final amount payable to the supplier will be without VAT). The offers that exceed this amount will be held unacceptable and will be rejected. More detailed information and requirements for the services purchased are provided in the technical specification (Annex 2 to the Description of the Conditions of the Tender).
