The procuring organization plans to organize the organization and provision of legal assistance in the middle and services in the regions of Western Lithuania and the Capital, implementing project no. 07-018-P-0001 "Transition from institutional care to community services in the capital region, central and western Lithuania region" (hereinafter - the Project) is planned activity no. 1.1.4. and no. 2.1.5. "Organization and provision of legal aid". - Organization and provision of legal assistance is necessary for work with civil cases, helping individuals maintain, ensure or restore legal capacity. This activity aims to implement United Nations persons with the requirements of Article 12 of the Convention on Disability Rights. Legal aid organization and provision services for work with civil cases are purchased, helping individuals maintain, ensure, restore legal capacity or reduce the number of areas in which the legal capacity of the Person is limited in civil cases (hereinafter referred to as the Services), which are detailed in this technical specification.
