The contracting authority intends to acquire dentures, their structural parts and technological processing according to individual orders. Individual dental prosthetic products are manufactured in accordance with the Council's Council Medical Directive 93/42 EEC and Lithuanian Medical Norm MN 4: 2001 "Medical Safety Technical Regulation" Medical Requirements for Medical Requirements for Annex I for the devices. The supplier undertakes to take semi -finished products from the contracting authority at his own expense at the agreed time. The products must be delivered to the contracting authority at the expense of the supplier. The Supplier undertakes to ensure continuous production of dentures throughout the term of the contract.
