Construction works are carried out according to the technical project (organizer UAB "Atamis", No. AT-24A-2225-TP "Beach - other engineering structures, special-purpose building, engineering networks, Plomėnų st. 39 and Plomėnų st. 39A construction project, in the city of Trakai"), in accordance with the legal acts regulating their performance and in accordance with the terms, conditions and terms of the draft contract (Annex 4 of the purchase conditions). The scope of construction works, descriptions of quantities, specifications are provided for in the technical project (Annex 3 of the purchase conditions).
