Supplier... Computer data transmission network equipment (hereinafter - Product), which includes network switches, network access control solution, centralized network equipment management solution and deployment. The price of the supplier's offer cannot exceed EUR 242,000.00 with VAT (or EUR 200,000.00 without VAT, if the supplier is non-VAT the payer or the object of the purchase is not subject to VAT, or for other reasons the final amount payable to the supplier by the Procuring Organization will be VAT-free). Bids exceeding this amount will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected. More detailed information on purchased goods and services information and requirements are provided in the technical specification (Appendix 2 of the tender conditions description). The quantities of goods and services to be purchased during the execution of the contract are specified in Appendix 1 of the description of tender conditions. This purchase is not divided into parts, so the supplier must submit an offer for the entire scope of the purchase in total.
