- Preparation of neutral municipal guidelines for the climate is the methodological recommendations for municipalities seeking neutral climate, which indicate how to calculate the emissions of greenhouse gas (GHD) at municipal level, recommendations for monitoring and impact on climate change. Requirements for the preparation of guidelines: Methodology for calculating the calculation of GHG emissions at municipal level; analyzed at least 3 in Europe and/or internationally used methodology for calculating the GHG and their review; The GHG metering methodology for Lithuanian municipalities, which includes the following main sectors: energy, transport, industry, agriculture, waste and land use, land use and forestry (Ε½NKNKM); Recommendations for the information and data needed to improve GHD accounting at municipal level in the future with more accurate GFI accounting methods; Using the prepared methodology to calculate the Energy, Transport, Industry, Agriculture, Waste and Ε½NAZNKM sectors of the Energy, Transport, Industry, Agriculture, Waste, and Single City Municipality (coordinated with the customer); Prepared for the calculation of the GHG emissions ...
