The service provider in the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and Kaišiadorys r. municipalitiesThe requirements for the administration (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) guarantee safe work, fire and environmental protection and work hygiene in their work area, as well as the protection of people in the adjacent moving peoplethe dangers of the works performed. 1.2. The service provider takes care of the provision of cleaning equipment, materials and sanitary measures necessary for cleaning services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") at his own expense. 1.3. The service provider must carry out the services using quality materials (cleaning products)and cleaning equipment that would be harmless to the environment and health and would be registered in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. 1.4. The Service Provider shall assign their responsible employee to the Contracting Authority for the period of validity of the Contracting Authorityorganization and the quality of the services provided by constant control of the services provided in the check -in registration magazine. 1.5.
