• Food products (frozen fruits and vegetables) (hereinafter referred to as goods) are purchased for educational and educational or social service institutions of Kaunas City Municipality, which meet the requirements of the technical specification (Appendix 4 of the tender conditions). Preliminary purchased quantities of goods are indicated in the technical specification and in the proposal form. The procuring organization does not undertake to ensure the purchase of all specified goods or all their preliminary quantities. Kaunas City Municipality Administration (procurement organization), implementing the Kaunas City Municipality Council's 2022 May 24 decision no. T-254 "Regarding granting the right to perform the functions of the central procurement organization to the administration of Kaunas City Municipality and the public institution Kaunas City Polyclinic" granted to it the rights to perform the functions of the Central Procurement Organization, when performing public procurement, provides for the conclusion of a preliminary goods purchase agreement, on the basis of which institutions will conclude main contracts for the purchase of goods, as well as for goods related to the object of purchase, belonging to the same type of food group (up to 10% of the initial main contracts are intended for the purchase of goods related to the object of purchase sum of values ​​(this sum is included in the value of the original contract)). The preliminary contract is expected to be concluded with 3 (or less than 3, if fewer than 3 are recognized as the winning suppliers) suppliers who have submitted acceptable offers in accordance with the requirements set out in the procurement documents ...
