• Kaunas City Municipality Administration (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") in implementing Kaunas City Municipal Council 2022 May 24 by decision no. T-254 "On the Granting of the Central Contracting Authority to perform the functions of the Central Contracting Organization" The functions of the Central Contracting Authority, in the course of the public procurement, provide for a preliminary contract for the purchase of passenger transportation services in Kaunas City (hereinafter - a framework agreement) on the basis of which Kaunas City Municipality Administration and its subordinate institutions (hereinafter - Consumers) (hereinafter - Consumers) will conclude the main contracts for the purchase of passengers transportation services in Kaunas (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). Transportation services will be used by educational institutions (second -grade pupils transporting pools to implement swimming program, transportation of children of all ages to various educational educational classes and other events). The accompanying teachers / educators and / or other adults accompanying children and / or students accompany the children and / or other adults will use them with children and / or students. Will also use the transportation services to the Kaunas City Municipality Administration subordinate to budget and public institutions. The services will be purchased as required and the requirements set out in the technical specification.
