Description:
Foods (fresh fruit) (hereinafter referred to as "goods") are purchased for the requirements of Kaunas City Municipality Education and Education or Social Services, which meet the requirements of the Technical Specifications (Annex 4 of the Conditions of Tender). Preliminary quantities purchased by goods are specified in the technical specification and proposal in the form. The Contracting Authority does not oblige to ensure the purchase of all the goods specified or all the preliminary quantities of their quantities. Kaunas City Municipality Administration (Contracting Authority), implementing Kaunas City Municipal Council 2022 May 24 by decision no.
