Description:
Purchased foods (eggs and eggs that meet environmental requirements) are purchased for the requirements of Kaunas City Municipality Education and Education or Social Services, which meet the requirements of the technical specification of the appropriate part of the procurement object. Preliminary quantities of goods purchased to specify in the technical specification of the respective part of the procurement and in the proposal form. The Contracting Authority does not oblige to ensure the purchase of all the goods specified or all the preliminary quantities of their quantities. The framework contract for each part of the subject of the purchase is intended to be concluded with 3 (or less than 3 if the winners of the tender are recognized as less than 3) the tenders who have made the tender for the winners of the tenderers in the procurement documents. The framework agreement will be carried out by partially renewed suppliers' competition.
