Description:
Foods (cabbage, carrots, beets, onions and garlic) (hereinafter referred to as "goods") are purchased for the requirements of Kaunas City Municipality Education and Education or Social Services, which meet the requirements of the Technical Specifications (Annex 4 of the Tender Conditions). Preliminary amounts of goods purchasedin the technical specification and in the proposal form. The Contracting Authority does not oblige to ensure the purchase of all the goods specified or all the preliminary quantities of their quantities. Kaunas City Municipality Administration (Contracting Authority), implementing Kaunas City Municipal Council 2022 May 24by decision no. T-254 "On the provision of the Central Contracting Authority to perform the functions of the Central Contracting Authority to the Kaunas City Municipality Administration and the Public Institution Kaunas City Outpatient Clinic provides for the functions of the Central Contracting Authority by performing public procurement.to enter into a framework contract for the purchase of goods on the basis of which the institutions will conclude the main contracts for the purchase of goods, as well as the goods related to the subject of the purchase of the same type of food product (up to 10 % of the goods related to the subject of the purchase.the sum of the initial basic contracts (this amount is included in the value of the original contract)).
