The creation and implementation of the public education and information about the disability of the disabilities services. The aim of the campaign is to develop respectful and inclusion talks about persons with disabilities, to develop empathy for children and youth and to reduce discrimination through artistic expression. The service provider will have to plan and implement an information campaign, organize National drawing competition in educational institutions, developing publicity materials and methodological tools, organizing an exhibition and awards event at the Presidential Palace, and ensuring the availability of activities for people with a variety of disabilities. Services must be provided in accordance with the technical specification requirements, including communication channel planning, press materials and visual preparation, video creation and adaptation to various channels, developing and disseminating educational tools, ensuring access to valid standards and law acts.
