Description:
Audit of the 2023 annual financial statements of VŠĮ Klaipėda University Hospital (submit the auditor's conclusion and audit report). Also carry out the following agreed procedures:- evaluate the conformity and implementation of the procedures for merging institutions VŠĮ Klaipėda University Hospital's chief physicianof that, the director of VŠĮ Klaipėda Seamen's Hospital and the director of VŠĮ Palanga Rehabilitation Hospital in 2022. June 21 for the conditions of reorganization approved by Order No. 1;- to assess whether the Procurement Organization has implemented the recommendations presented in the reports of the audit of the Institutions' activities carried out in 2023- to assess the conformity of management decisions made in 2023 with the granted powers; - to identify the computer systems (accounting programs and their modules) used for accounting management of the Procuring Organization and to submit proposals for the further use of the accounting program(s)baby II.2.5
