• ArcGIS license subscriptions and service credits The state enterprise State Forestry Authority (hereinafter - VMU/ Procuring organization) plans to purchase licenses for the Professional Plus and Professional user types operating in the ArcGIS Enterprise environment subscriptions, which are necessary to ensure the functionality and continuous operation of the ArcGIS Enterprise platform used in the activities of VMU. The object of the purchase includes the granting of a subscription to ArcGIS licenses, their activation, extension or renewal, a guarantee of novelty during the validity period of the licenses, technical supervision and technical service and consultations related to the administration and use of the licenses. These licenses are used for the creation, analysis, editing and administration of spatial data, as well as existing ones for the maintenance and operation of geographic information solutions. The Professional and Professional Plus user types provide advanced GIS analysis, data editing, geodata management and publishing functions that are essential for VMU users. to ensure solutions and work processes. The purchase is not divided into separate parts of the purchase object. Planned purchase quantity: ArcGIS Enterprise Professional Plus - 5 units, ArcGIS Enterprise Professional - 20 units, ArcGIS Online Creator - 15 units. Licenses subscription validity period - 12 months. The object of purchase must not pose a threat to national security.
