Requirements to determine the subject of the procurement In Annex 1 to the Special Purchase Terms. The preliminary quantity of services is specified in Annex 3 to the Description of the Terms and Conditions of the Tender and may be reduced or increased at the time of the performance of the contracting authority. Maximum contract execution will be purchased for up to EUR 36,000.00 with VAT (either EUR 29,752.07 excluding VAT if the supplier is non -VAT or the services are tax -free or for other reasons the final amount payable to the supplier will be without VAT). The offers that exceed this amount will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected.
