More detailed information and requirements of the purchased services are provided in the technical specification: for part I of the procurement (Appendix 2 of the tender conditions description), For part II of the procurement (Annex 3 of the description of tender conditions). The supplier can submit an offer for one or both parts of the purchase. Pursuant to Article 28 of the Law on Public Procurement. on the 4th p. 2, the procuring organization determines the maximum number of parts of the procurement object, due to the winner of which may be the same supplier - 1 (one) part of the purchase. If the same supplier could win more than 1 (one) part of the purchase based on the results of the evaluation (offering the lowest price), the supplier is recognized as the winner for this 1 for (one) part of the purchase in which the supplier's price is higher (comparing the offers of the same supplier in different parts of the purchase). If the price of the offers of the same supplier in different parts of the purchase is the same, the supplier is recognized as the winner for 1 (one) purchase for the part where the maximum amount of ordered services in euros is higher, i.e. i.e. Part I of the purchase.
