• Activity and product liability insurance is purchased, which includes liability for entrusted property and employer's liability. Insurance is intended for ongoing activities in forestry, logging, trade, real estate management, quarries in operation and other related areas. The insurance covers property interests related to damage to third parties due to the activities carried out, defects of the assets used, products or services of inappropriate quality, sudden environmental pollution, actions of contractors, damage caused during the use of self-propelled work machines, business trips and damage to entrusted, rented or otherwise managed property. It also covers liability as the owner of a potentially dangerous device. The purchase will be divided into two parts: 1 purchase part - Activity and product civil liability insurance. Insurance for damage to third parties due to ongoing activities, property defects, inappropriate production, environmental pollution, actions of contractors, use of self-propelled machines, business trips and entrusted property. Part 2 of the purchase - Liability insurance for entrusted property. Insurance for the employer's liability due to damage suffered by employees or accidents at work.
